info Important Notice
OpenShort.Link is open-source software. If you found someone using OpenShort.Link to create malicious short links, it is not us - it's someone who deployed their own instance of our software.
We provide the code freely for anyone to use. Each deployment is independent and operated by different individuals or organizations.
How to Report Abuse
If you confirm a site is using OpenShort.Link software, it most likely uses Cloudflare. If not, please report the abuse to the hosting provider or domain registrar depending on how it is hosted. To report abuse of a malicious short link on Cloudflare:
-
1
Identify the Malicious Link
Copy the full shortened URL that you believe is being used for malicious purposes.
-
2
Report to Cloudflare
Use Cloudflare's official abuse reporting system to report the malicious content.
-
3
Provide Details
Include the short link URL, the destination URL, and describe the abuse (phishing, malware, spam, etc.).
Need Additional Help?
If the instance is not hosted on Cloudflare, try to identify the hosting provider by checking the domain's DNS records or using tools like WHOIS, then report directly to that provider.
