How to Login

Step: Navigate to Login Page

1. Go to /login in your browser
2. You'll see the login form

Step: Enter Credentials

1. Enter your username or email address in the "Username or Email" field
2. Enter your password in the "Password" field
3. Click the "Login" button

Step: Multi-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

1. If MFA is enabled on your account, you'll see additional fields after clicking Login
2. Enter your 6-digit MFA code from your authenticator app, OR
3. Enter your 8-digit backup code
4. Click "Verify MFA"
5. You'll be redirected to the dashboard upon successful verification

Troubleshooting Login Issues

1. Wrong credentials: Check that your username/email and password are correct
2. MFA code expired: Generate a new code from your authenticator app
3. Account locked: Contact your administrator
4. Forgot password: Contact your administrator (password reset not available in UI)

How to Logout

Step: Click Logout Button

1. Look for the "Logout" button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar
2. Click the button

Step: Confirmation

1. You'll be automatically logged out and redirected to the login page
2. All session tokens are invalidated

Owner Role

1. Full access to all features
2. Can manage users
3. Can manage domains
4. Can create API keys
5. Can access all settings

Admin Role

1. Full access to all features
2. Can manage users
3. Can manage domains
4. Can create API keys
5. Can access all settings

Editor Role

1. Can create and edit links
2. Can manage domains
3. Can view analytics
4. Cannot manage users
5. Cannot create API keys
6. Limited settings access

Viewer Role

1. Read-only access
2. Can view links and analytics
3. Cannot create, edit, or delete anything
4. Cannot access settings
