Step: Use Search

  1. In the search input field at the top of the links table, type your search term
  2. The table will automatically filter as you type (debounced search)
  3. Search looks through slug, destination URL, title, and description

Step: Filter by Tag

  1. Click in the "Search tags..." input field
  2. A dropdown will appear with all available tags
  3. Type to search for a specific tag
  4. Click on a tag to filter links by that tag
  5. The tag name will appear in the input field
  6. To clear, click the "All Tags" option in the dropdown

Step: Filter by Category

  1. Click in the "Search categories..." input field
  2. A dropdown will appear with all available categories
  3. Type to search for a specific category
  4. Click on a category to filter links by that category
  5. The category name will appear in the input field
  6. To clear, click the "All Categories" option in the dropdown

Step: Filter by Domain

  1. Use the domain selector in the top navigation bar
  2. Select a domain from the dropdown
  3. All content (links, analytics) will be filtered by that domain
  4. Select "All Domains" to remove the filter

Step: Combine Filters

  1. You can use search, tag filter, and category filter simultaneously
  2. All active filters work together (AND logic)
  3. Clear individual filters or refresh the page to reset all

Pagination

Step: Change Items Per Page

  1. In the pagination controls at the top of the table, find the "Per page" dropdown
  2. Select the number of items to display: 10, 50, 100, or 500
  3. The table will refresh with the new page size

Step: Navigate Pages

  1. At the bottom of the table, use the pagination controls:

- Click "Previous" to go to the previous page

- Click page numbers to jump to specific pages

- Click "Next" to go to the next page

  1. The pagination info shows "Showing X-Y of Z" to indicate your position
