Searching and Filtering Links
Step: Use Search
- In the search input field at the top of the links table, type your search term
- The table will automatically filter as you type (debounced search)
- Search looks through slug, destination URL, title, and description
Step: Filter by Tag
- Click in the "Search tags..." input field
- A dropdown will appear with all available tags
- Type to search for a specific tag
- Click on a tag to filter links by that tag
- The tag name will appear in the input field
- To clear, click the "All Tags" option in the dropdown
Step: Filter by Category
- Click in the "Search categories..." input field
- A dropdown will appear with all available categories
- Type to search for a specific category
- Click on a category to filter links by that category
- The category name will appear in the input field
- To clear, click the "All Categories" option in the dropdown
Step: Filter by Domain
- Use the domain selector in the top navigation bar
- Select a domain from the dropdown
- All content (links, analytics) will be filtered by that domain
- Select "All Domains" to remove the filter
Step: Combine Filters
- You can use search, tag filter, and category filter simultaneously
- All active filters work together (AND logic)
- Clear individual filters or refresh the page to reset all
Pagination
Step: Change Items Per Page
- In the pagination controls at the top of the table, find the "Per page" dropdown
- Select the number of items to display: 10, 50, 100, or 500
- The table will refresh with the new page size
Step: Navigate Pages
- At the bottom of the table, use the pagination controls:
- Click "Previous" to go to the previous page
- Click page numbers to jump to specific pages
- Click "Next" to go to the next page
- The pagination info shows "Showing X-Y of Z" to indicate your position
